Sometimes you just get a feeling that a big day is coming. I kind of have that feeling tonight. A combination of source leaks, the May 20 Signing day and some knowledge coming out of Raleigh makes me think that today could be a huge day in the John Wall saga. We have our friend Bomani telling us to watch Calipari’s plane tomorrow and see if that gives us any hints on what may be going on. We have some talk from Dave Kersey that the news is bad for UK….talk from some folks around UK that news will be good. But all seem to agree on one thing…..news is likely to come.
I admit to being tired of this whole saga. When I went out this weekend, I honestly wondered if my name had been changed to “Whats John Wall doing?”. But fans are interested and understandably so. This is the best player in America and potentially the final piece to a Final Four caliber team. Every thing I have heard in the past week has been positive for UK, but it is beyond clear that Wall’s AAU coach wants to see him somewhere besides Lexington. Who has won out? I dont think that is at all clear. But I have a sneaking suspicion we will know much more at this point on Tuesday night than we do now. We shall see.
And if not….well, it will just give us more things to get worked up about in the weeks ahead. More on Tuesday on Lebron the Cat, the new SEC and more UK fans to love.

ESPN won’t confirm it until other sources do. But this is amazing. I figured SLAM had no reason to randomlay post this. Think if Patterson returning. CBS reported it the night before anyone else but it happened. Once one source confirms, all the others jump on it. Wall is here now? Wow… I thought it was coming but wow.
