   are you saying serious injury and lack of size/speed is the reason they cut him? cause im sure the falcons were aware of that when they signed him, they wouldnt have signed him in the first place if thats the reason

   Roddy White (their #1 WR) was holding out on his contract agreement and I wonder if ATL grabbed a free agent (Dicky) to show White they needed another WR in practice and he went ahead and agreed to the deal and thus they were able to cut the unneeded Lyons.

    Oh well I have never liked the Falcon’s anyway!!! The don’t know what the are missing out on. Some (SMART) team will realize how good he is!!! Man, as much as hate hate too say it ( Dicky doesn’t have a record) I wish the Bengals would pick him up that way I could watch him. Hang in there Dicky.No pun intended. GO CATS!!!!

    That sucks. But i did say on here last year Dicky does not have the game to make it at the next level. Of course people went off on how wrong I was then……

    I live just south of Atlanta and the Falcons are my favorite team but what the hell! Dicky was not even in camp for 24 hours. Deep down I thought he would get cut but not this fast. I heard he did not even run a single route he only played special teams. I also heard that Dicky said at least he walked of the feild instead of going of injured and was happy about that. who knows…

    Even though the Falcons are my team BOO BOO!
